About Darlene Lopez - Formerly TikTok’s Latin Music Lead for North America, Darlene Lopez specializes in tech platform tools and initiatives to globalize artists using social media. Named one of 2024 Billboard Latin’s Women In Music, Darlene spearheaded Latin artist-led initiatives, such as TikTok’s Off the Record with Peso Pluma and Shakira garnering over 150M views for the campaign. Prior to her time at TikTok, Darlene spent five years at Apple Music building the global Latin strategy and championing artists like Bad Bunny, KAROL G, and Anitta.

About Leslie Arredondo-Cordero - Formerly TikTok’s Lead for Commercial Music in Latin America and U.S. Latin markets, Leslie specializes in sync music strategy for content across all platforms, focusing on marketing and branded content. A recipient of the 2022 Imagen Award, Leslie managed music and brand strategy, education, and partnerships for TikTok’s Spanish-language markets. She played a crucial role in enhancing music implementation in TikTok’s Spanish-language brand activations. Leslie led music strategy for significant initiatives such as the TikTok Awards 2022-2023 and collaborated with prominent brands including Pepsi, Adidas, and L’Oréal, among others. Before her position at TikTok, Leslie spent the major part of her career at Paramount, where she oversaw the music creative and licensing process for marketing and brand partnerships across various cable brands within Paramount’s in-house brand agency studio.
